Angel Yoga© is a gentle yoga class that focuses on mediation and healing. Each class is dedicated to one Archangel. Alysia will introduce you to this Angel and then lead you through a peaceful meditation, which is followed by a gentle yoga session, and then closes with a beautiful mediation which will help you find answers, relax, and release any stress or worry.
