Training Options

Om Sweet Om Pilates center offers a unique studio environment to meet your fitness needs. Each individual session is tailored to your specific needs whether you are recovering from an injury or preparing for a marathon. Your STOTT PILATES® trainer is able to modify, adapt and progress you workout to improve your overall fitness as well as address special needs.

Private Session:  One on one 55 minute session with a Pilates personal trainer

Semi-private session:  Two people working with a Pilates personal trainer for 55 minutes.

Group classes:  A maximum of four people working with a Pilates personal trainer for 50 minutes.
