STOTT PILATES® Jumpboard 2 STOTT PILATES® Reformer for the Older Adult STOTT PILATES® - Pilates off the Wall Reiki Share Night Reiki share nights were developed to provide continued practical experience for Reiki practitioners as well as an open forum for community members to experience Reiki. Our share nights are informal meetings that begin with introductions and are followed by a brief history of Reiki. There is also time for an open discussion related to Reiki and a question and answer session. Next, there is a healing attunement which allows everyone present to feel the Reiki energy. Lastly, we practice Reiki on each other.
