Reiki ~ with Angelic
A Japanese form of energy healing, Reiki translates to Universal Life Energy, which surrounds and circulates through all living organisms. During your session Angelic will balance, clear and release energetic blocks or imbalances in the chakras and body that may be causing physical, mental or emotional pain. Restoring your bodies to a healthy and peaceful equilibrium.
At the end of your session Angelic will provide you with a Soul Reading - messages and guidance received from your Spirit Guides, Angels, and Higher Self - regarding health, life purpose, karmic lessons, and guidance to assist you along your way.
Meditation
The benefits of a meditation practice are numerous and well documented. In this 5 week series, we'll build a strong foundation of support for personal meditation practice.
5 week series can be booked as a private lesson/semi private lesson or as a small group workshop.
